Responsibilities:
- Enter and update accurate data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Assist with generating reports and preparing documents as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and company policies regarding data handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
