Draft Note Design We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate data on our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Input and update data accurately and efficiently into our company database
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entries
- Create spreadsheets and reports as needed
- Maintain data integrity and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to colleagues regarding data entry
- Assist in quality control by reviewing digital and hard copy documents for errors
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
