Job Description:

We are is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The Personal Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, helping to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with personal tasks for executives, such as managing calendars and organizing files.
• Coordinate and assist with special projects, events, and meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Run errands and handle tasks outside of the office as needed.
• Manage confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
