We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for planning and executing memorable events. As an Event Coordinator at DraftNote Design, you will be responsible for organizing and managing a variety of events, from client meetings to promotional and networking events.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including client meetings, promotional events, and industry networking functions.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
- Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
