Job Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nurses in patient care.
• Assist physician with scribing office notes. 
• Take and record vital signs.
• Prepare patient charts for appointments.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for exams.
• Assist with procedures and prepare procedure packets.
• Update patient medication lists.
• Fax and file medical records
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Auto clave instruments and maintain cleanliness of exam rooms..
