Overview:
The Customer Service Rep provides excellent customer service and processes order flow from inception to completion in an accurate and prompt manner. They get the right product to the right customer at the right time. They resolve any issues that arise along the way to ensure customer satisfaction. They provide timely and clear communication to customers to ensure they are up to date on their order status. They answer questions and train RMFG's customers on our process and product. They use creative thinking to solve problems. They process warranty claims and get customers replacement products when items are damaged. They take feedback from our customers and learn about our customer's operations including specific points of contact, needs, workflow, delivery site details and logistics. They use this info to help adapt our business to meet the needs of customers while staying within our established limits around process and cost.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges, warranty claims
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Coordinate willcall pickups and shipouts and confirm customers prepay order
- Enter orders and review web orders
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively analyze and communicate information
- Proficiency in data entry to accurately record customer interactions
- Phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
