ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing personalized service and guidance.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance needs, identify risks, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Policy Analysis: Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage for clients.
Renewal Processing: Coordinate the renewal process, including policy reviews, negotiations, and updates as needed.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, supporting them in resolving issues and ensuring timely settlements.
Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
RequirementsLicensing: Active California Property & Casualty License required.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management or a related field.Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and endorsements.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex insurance needs.Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in policy documentation and client communication.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.Innovation: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and client service.
