About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our team and manage project delivery to our clients. This hybrid role combines remote working with office work, so candidates must be located within commuting distance to Plainsboro, New Jersey). If you are passionate and ambitious, with excellent communication and organizational skills, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project delivery
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop project plans to track progress
• Consult clients on best practices and how to enhance engagement through our product
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain project documentation

Apply If You Have

• Entry level or 1-2 years experience in digital project management and/or consultancy
• It’s a BIG plus, if you have proven working experience as a Project Manager from the digital learning sector or the events industry but not limited to these
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products
• Good social skills
• A dedication to learning and growing within a fast-growing international company
• Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Willingness and availability to travel approximately 50 to 100 days per year
