We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. This job includes tips. Must have a vehicle.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make high-quality drinks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

```Skills```
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating order totals
- Experience with food preparation is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to promote additional products or upsell to customers
