Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive and welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Provide accurate information, both in person and over the phone, about our company and services
• Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
