Consilium Marine US, Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. The service coordinator meticulously plans, organizes, and oversees service attendances, support cases, guarantee matters, and Annual Performance Tests as per customers' and other Consilium Offices' requests. The role demands seamless, efficient, and standardized execution to uphold utmost customer satisfaction. The Service Coordinator works in collaboration with service engineers, supply chain, and our engineering team to meet customer demands. 

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Highly organized, responsible, and motivated person that works well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in the English language.
• Ability to combine daily operations and long-term planning.
• Computer skills in Microsoft software.
• Previous experience in a relevant administrative or customer service setting.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities (examples):

• Evaluate and respond tocustomer inquiries within in a timely manner.
• Plan service engineer'sattendance in accordance with the company standards and any additional customerrequirements.
• Provide customers with accuratequotations for service attendances.
• Collect and store all requireddocumentation for services
• Evaluate all documentation fromeach service attendance and produce a final customer invoice.
• Ensure all necessary parts forthe service attendance are available to the engineer onboard.
• Assist in training co-workersand external customers as needed.
• Conduct physical inventorycounts as required.
• Perform additional duties asrequired. E.g. Organize and cater for in-house training. Go on customer visits.Visit vessels for educational purposes.
