Consolidated Construction Products, Inc. is a well-established construction materials wholesale leader in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We cover a multi-state area with our six locations in four states, servicing the concrete, brick & block, and drainage industries.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. You must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and be comfortable answering the phone and speaking to customer and vendors on the phone. The position will be along-side an established team member for on-going training and leadership during the training process as well as into the career of this candidate. We are looking for our future KEY member of our department. Responsibilities:

• Matching and verifying all paperwork for proper billing of customers
• Process invoices for customers on a daily basis
• Matching and verifying all paperwork for proper Payables for prompt payment for our vendors
• Preparation of all checks for our vendors
• Data entry into the system
• Continued working in Excel for multiple reports and information
• Assist with answering incoming phone calls

Skills

• Data entry skills along with a "love" for numbers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High degree of flexibility and able to multi-task on a regular basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk or accounts payables clerk a PLUS
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to find issues and track down problems
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity

This position's workload would be heavier in the A/R area. If you have a strong desire or more experience in either A/R or A/P, we can accommodate to your strengths.
