**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting. **Duties:** - Greet customers and assist them in finding products - Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register - Handle cash and credit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area - Assist with order fulfillment and inventory management - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner **Skills:** - Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Strong knowledge of retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and sales totals - Ability to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of the automotive repair industry is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs - Basic math skills for calculating transactions and providing change accurately - Ability to manage stock levels and assist with inventory control Join our team as a Counter Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic work environment where your customer service skills will shine, and your contributions will be valued.
