BECOMING AN INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REP

When you join us, you earn $20.00 - $25.00/hour and work a 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule. We provide excellent benefits such as:

DIVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

In this role, you work directly with our customers to help them find the best products for their needs. Highly communicative and solution-oriented, you speak with customers about what they're looking for and help them select the appropriate items. You answer questions, provide quotes, and encourage the customer to approve the sale. Eager to develop a profitable business pipeline, you generate new leads and follow up with current customers to ensure total satisfaction. Your efforts directly impact our growth and success!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REP

• 2 years of industry experience
• Valid driver's license

While not required, these preferred qualifications would give you a leg up:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
• Strong time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
