Role Description

This is a full-time role in our Management Trainee Program on-site in Kennewick, WA. During the 2 to 2.5 year training program you will be required to relocate once in Washington, Idaho, or Western MT, and then again upon completion of the program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with a solid foundation in various aspects of our business operations, including sales, customer service, and team management. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in training classes, and gain hands-on experience in various departments. No prior industry experience is necessary - we give you the tools to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and control to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to drive sales and meet targets
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication
• Demonstrate public speaking abilities to engage with contractors
• Implement time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Exemplary organizational and time management skills
• 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
• Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients
• Effective interpersonal and complex problem-solving skills
• Considers themselves a self-starter, with a strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in the electrical industry is a plus
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, some travel by land and air
