We are a fast-growing promotional product company looking for a smart, dynamic person to join our fun and exciting team!

We need a Customer Service Rep or Customer Success Rep to join our team with promotional products experience being a plus. They must be comfortable reaching out to potential customers via phone who have contacted us for a quote, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as great interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter. The ability to multitask and stay organized is critical, as you will be helping several customers at different stages of the ordering process. Must be capable of responding to questions, improving engagement with the customer, and providing outstanding customer service. As well as be creative, able to work as part of our supportive, established team sharing ideas and helping to reach monthly team goals.

Duties include: Contacting potential new customers and assisting existing customers to define their project needs. Organizing aspects of projects: developing cost estimates, art design, payments, production, and shipping. Potentially helping out with other tasks in the office if needed.

The position is full-time with a paid training period of a 90-day probationary period. Pay will increase based on performance.
