As a Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include construction inspection and documentation for ODOT projects.

Salary range: $30-$40/hr

What You'll Do:

:

Well count on you to:

  • Work as a Construction Inspector on transportation projects
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Perform under the supervision of a Construction Manager
  • Provide construction management support and inspection duties on projects
  • Contribute in the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for projects
  • Provide excellent client service
  • Perform other related duties as needed
  • Be willing to work in remote areas with meals and lodging reimbursable where travel time is paid

What You'll Need:

:
  • BS in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Motivated to develop productive, long-term relationships and communicate with clients, peers, multi-discipline teams, and management
  • A reputation of integrity, intelligence, and the ability to exercise good judgment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail, delivering quality work products and excellent client service
  • Ability to work with several subconsultants and internal staff on a multi-disciplinary team
