Job Title: ERP Functional Analyst

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

What You Will Do:

• Provide user support by troubleshooting application and business process issues.
• Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional system requirements.
• Offer advice and instructions to other staff on development issues.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Enhance process flow, user documentation, and overall user knowledge and competency across various Dynamics GP or D365 Finance and Operations-related modules.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, D365 Finance and Operations, and related applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office suite.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
