Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversee data migration projects, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data.
• Develop and implement SQL queries to support business needs and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address ERP-related issues and improvements.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize the ERP system’s capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis, and reporting.
• Extensive experience with data migration projects, including planning, execution, and validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
