About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of campaigns and client deliverables. A successful Senior Customer Success Specialist will be someone who can think “outside of the box” and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions.
This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.

Compensation Package:
The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits
New York Pay Range: $75,000 - 85,000 bonus
