Job Description:
The claims manager will oversee insurance claims departments, including adjusters, examiners, and other vital employees involved with claims processing and insurance program coverage. They work to facilitate all auto claims and they problem-solve other claims issues.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience handling complex and severe auto claims with high exposures in a Texas
• Must have experience handling attorney repped claims
• Must be detail oriented and show a high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exercise decisiveness and execution within authority
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational ability
• Proficient with computer software
• Must have an All-lines Adjuster and licensed in Texas
• Able to work in-office at our Claims office locations
