Our client is a full-service law firm based in Cleveland with a corporate platform. They are seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Transactions Attorney with an expertise in Construction Litigation for their busy practice. This is a new position with the firm and the qualified attorney will have at least 7 years of experience in the following areas:
Construction Litigation -
Our client is a full-service law firm based in Cleveland with a corporate platform. They are seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Transactions Attorney with an expertise in Construction Litigation for their busy practice. This is a new position with the firm and the qualified attorney will have at least 7 years of experience in the following areas:
Construction Litigation -
- Specific experience with the entire construction process (commercial and residential)
- Specific experience with construction litigation, including construction defects, breach of contract and non-payment claims
- Specific experience with construction mediation and arbitration
- General experience with mechanics liens, bonding issues and competitive bidding
- Knowledgeable about best practices to avoid litigation
- General knowledge about insurance coverage disputes with respect to construction claims
- General knowledge of OSHA requirements
