About you:
As Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales process, driving new business, and establishing SHR as a leading player within the hotel industry. With a deep understanding of the hotel distribution landscape and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, you will contribute to the company's growth plans by identifying opportunities, formulating strategic sales initiatives, and building strong customer relationships.

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000, with additional On Target Earnings. On top of a competitive salary, you’ll receive generous paid time off, medical, dental & vision insurance, plus a range of other benefits.
