Job DescriptionCounter Sales RepresentativeConstruction Materials Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative at our Georgetown Branch. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and a keen interest in construction and industrial materials, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales orders and provide product information and recommendations
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and company objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or construction-related field is a plus
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials and related products is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
  • Clean Driving record for the past 3 years
  • A pre-employment drug screen is required
