Recruitment/ Inside Sales

We are hiring 2-4 Recruiters to help staff Technical Environmental, Construction and Engineering roles Nationwide. Ability to make uncapped income.

Responsibilities

• Implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for all open positions
• Coordinate and manage recruiting activities to include phone screens, reference checks, building relationships, class talks, etc.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with project consultants
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
• Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates to the Account Executives.
• Recruit talent and process hiring-related paperwork including on-boarding activities.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to all recruitment activities (i.e. position requisitions and applicant tracking).

Qualifications

• Ability to market and promote roles, employment opportunities, and company culture
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to record and efficiently document information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
