Construction Testing Services(CTS) is Hiring a Project Manager Near Pleasanton, CA
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in civil construction (roads, bridges, public works) . This canidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating within the decided-upon budget, timeline, for the QC testing and inspection scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage project manpower
- Monitor project deliverables
- Send out monthly budgets and invoices
- Execute change orders
- Help with new job scopes and estimates
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Follow up with laboratory and engineering internal teams for deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Knowledge or Caltrans projects
- Prior work experience with a large general contractor as a project engineer or APM.
