- Lead a project team to perform implementation activities for large-scale municipal, K-12, and Higher Education programs (may include construction monitoring, stakeholder engagements, site visits, project documentation, contract administration, budget management, public approvals/permitting, budget management, schedule monitoring, A&E solicitation management, and quality control).
- Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Director within large-scale programs/assignments focusing on project goals, schedule, budget, etc.
- Take full-management responsibility for assignments of over $25MM in total project cost.
- Direct or develop presentations, reports, budgets, schedules, etc.
- Coordinate and direct assigned project staff (both internal and external). Contributes to mentoring and training staff, and join in on annual performance reviews.
- Monthly client billings and timely collection of receivables.
- Take part in business development activities
- Partakes in quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and training programs, and in improvement of practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, economics, urban planning, finance, real estate management, or related field.
- Minimum of five years managing projects related to our client’s markets, as well as multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional experience in construction management/program management preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Excellent team and project leadership skills.
- Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Understanding of real estate, finance, and accounting principles.
