Position: Sales/Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our agency programs to contractors and real estate brokers. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract contractors and real estate brokers.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Present and promote our agency's programs and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with contractors and brokers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate and/or construction industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Position pays $18/hour as a W2 employee (min 20-25 hours a week) along with commissions and bonuses.
