Job Overview:

We are in search of a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. Your role will be crucial in providing quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their independence. Your contribution will directly impact the lives of our patients, making you an integral part of our healthcare team.

Duties:

• Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Support patients in Monroeville, PA, and surrounding areas
• Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self-manage time and schedule

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health, ICU, or Oncology.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 5p-8a OR Monday – Friday 5p-1a
