Senior Python Developer
Location: Remote in the continental United States
Contract to Hire, Long term Contract
Job Description:
We are supporting a Director in technology in their pursuit of a rock star, Python Software Engineer. Our client is currently working on an application with significant reporting/BI capabilities and he's looking for a software engineer with 3 years of experience and strong Python coding skills. The candidate will need to have experience in a Linux environment and very strong SQL querying skills to help generate reports. Our client works in a sophisticated AWS environment and some cloud exposure to AWS would really help someone in the role.
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics along with at least 4 years of real world experience as a software engineer
• MUST HAVE strong Python Coding skills
• Must have experience in a linux environment
• Must have experience with SQL
• AWS experience and skills in EMR, Lambda, EC2 and S3
