Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Desktop Support , who will be responsible for providing support for all desktop personal computers and related equipment.
Requirements :
- Undergraduate Degree or Vocational Certificate, or 2 years of experience in information systems, preferably in a technology environment.
- 1 - 2 years of PC Technical Knowledge
- 2 - 3 of years desktop/ desk-side support with exceptional customer service
- Experience with operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Software Applications
- Experience troubleshooting software applications
- Experience with active directory administration
- Requires strong communication skills, and to exercise a high degree of discretion and independent judgement
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all employees have the appropriate tools to perform their job function
- Meeting face to face with end users
