Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Business System Analyst , who will be responsible for working with other business analysts and product managers documenting functional requirements, and building process flows on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field
• 6 years of experience
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Elicitation and documentation via Agile/Scum user stories
• Experience with Data Mapping
• Strong Problem Solving
• Payments experience is a plus
• Experience with card based payments
• Experience with SQL (data extraction) is a plus
• Experience with Process flow documentation is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Backlog grooming
• Create user stories
• Requirement elicitation from business partners
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles
• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
