*** In Home Caregiver Needed for Overnight Shift and/or Fill In- Fond du Lac, WI ***

Job description:

PLEASE NOTE, all positions are divided between other caregivers.

Hours per week may range from 0-30, depending on the schedule, and caregivers that may be unavailable due to illness or vacation.

Member is alert and able to easily communicate her needs and concerns.

Tasks:

* Assistance Utilizing a Hoyer Lift for transfers.

* Experience with Medications.

* Dressing; nighttime routine.

Wage:$15.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience, etc.

Schedule: Daily, Part-time

Night shift 11 pm-6 am; all weekends are needed however member is flexible regarding this.

Fill-In shift: possible am, pm, or overnight, depending on call-ins and vacation.

*** Times somewhat flexible

*** Can discuss with client whether you are able to work every weekend, every other, etc..

Requirements:

*** Current staff works as a team and will exchange workdays and times if needed.

*** Must have Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and preferably your own vehicle.

*** No cigarette smoker's please

*** A background check will be conducted.

CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct in-home Care Workers. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. The member (person you are caring for) is involved in the hiring process.
