**Description**

ContainerPort Group is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX team in Cincinnati or Cleveland, OH!

The Account Coordinator / Specialist will manage the daily processing of key account orders in a timely and accurate manner including the completion of the billing process while strengthening the relationship with each customer.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Monitor email inbox of designated accounts

* Input orders accurately and timely

* Secure and scan appropriate documents to internal system

* Communicate with field offices on customer operational needs

* Determine and understand customer billing requirements

* Monitor daily billing report to release orders to invoice process

* Understand customer contract pricing

* Identify opportunities to grow the business and communicate with sales or commercial

* Update external websites as needed

* Perform as back up for other accounts

* Maintain and update account profiles

**Qualifications:**

* Logistics experience strongly preferred

* College degree preferred

* Must be detailed oriented

* Multi-tasking skills required

* Excellent Customer service skills required

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills required

* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Outlook
