Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret mechanical and electrical project plans for construction and renovation projects.
- Evaluate and refine design engineer's sequence of operations.
- Analyze Account Executive's estimates and take-offs.
- Utilize proprietary software tools to configure systems aligned with client requirements.
- Coordinate material procurement from both internal and external sources.
- Maintain proactive communication with Account Executives and Project Managers throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive schedules for valves, dampers, and doors as needed.
- Create straightforward motor control wiring diagrams.
- Perform additional duties as required to support project success.
- Associate degree in Computer Aided Design, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Technology; or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to interpret and review design plans and blueprints.
- Familiarity with the construction industry.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, Automated Control Systems, or Physical Security Systems (e.g., card access, intrusion, cameras) is advantageous.
