Project Manager
Contemporary Cabinetry East is continuing to grow and we are looking to fill a Project Manager position. We are a custom commercial casework manufacture and architectural millwork firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. CCE is family owned and a non-union business established over 30 years ago. We are growing, financially stable with sales established solely on referrals and word of mouth. We use the latest software and machinery while applying lean manufacturing principles to produce high quality products.
The primary responsibility of a Project Manager is to ensure safe, high quality product completed on schedule and within budget, while enhancing client relationships. Project Managers will report directly to our Officers and Owners. This position entails working with project executives and engineers to manage a portfolio of assignments.
· Previous construction experience
· Day to day communication with customers, department managers & installation crews
· Material takeoffs
· Job site visits
· High level customer service skills
· The ability to multi-task
· Strong computer and communication skills
· Able to read and understand blue prints/drawings
The position is full time with exceptional benefits including a generous 401K, competitive hourly wages paid bi-weekly, Health Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Dental, vacation and personal days. A background check and drug screen are required. We are an Ohio Drug Free Workplace. This is not a remote position.
