Job Description

• Responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the residential community.
• Assisting Maintenance Supervisor to ensure tickets/requests are completed in a timely manner
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools.
• All maintenance activities will follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times.
• Strong communication skills to maintain good resident and future resident relations
• In charge of turns and prioritize scheduling moveouts/move in
• Provide assistance to Maintenance Supervisor for various tasks as needed
• No requirement of On Call
• **Housing perks possible upon hire

Qualifications

• Required one-year experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
• Must have appliance repair experience
• Must pass a general maintenance test
• EPA Certified required
• CAMT Certification required 
• Required to pass drug test, pre-employment physical and background check
