A standby residential generator services company is seeking is seeking an Operations Manager to manage field service technicians and provide general leadership and organization to the company operations. The ideal candidate has led and managed teams and has Field Electrician or Generator experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the generators installations and field operations.
• Develop excellent relationships with clients relating to operations/technical matters.
• Work in conjunction with sales team to meet company goals and foment new business opportunities.
• Hire, supervise and coach electricians, technicians, and plumbers.
• Input/Review reports and work orders.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Leadership skills
• Background working with, electrical, critical power or generators.
• Excellent communication skills via: email, phone and in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
