Continental Properties is looking for a Multifamily Centralized Leasing and Administrative Specialist. As the Multifamily Centralized Leasing and Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support that elevates the customer's experience, specifically during the move-in process with paperwork collection. You will review customer information and demographics to ensure accurate data entry that informs Continental's future development opportunities. You will communicate verbally and online with customers to support the move in process. Additionally, superior customer service skills are needed when working with customers to follow up on concerns, leasing paperwork, and renewals. You will communicate with onsite teams daily. You will report to our Multifamily Training Manager and support multiple communities within their portfolio. This position can work fully remote with periodic visits to our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI and the communities you support as well. Essential Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound communications with residents to collect move in paperwork including income verification, photo ID within 72 hours of application completion
Review and confirm complete and accurate resident demographics on all new move ins; follow up with residents to obtain information
Review leases 7 days before move in to confirm lease matches information entered in system; update and regenerate leases and follow up with resident(s) to obtain signatures
Review all move in packets for accuracy no less than 48 hours before move in and countersign lease documents
Communicate trends regarding document collection and data entry to appropriate Operations Leadership
Work with others in operations to find solutions to risk and create policy and procedures as needed.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Skills For Success
Two or more years of apartment leasing experience preferred, data entry and administrative experience required
Organization and time management skills will lead you to be successful in this role
