Qualifications To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of four years experience working with residents with memory loss in an assisted living or long-term care community. Minimum of two years experience serving in a lead or supervisory position. When supporting, lifting, or transferring residents, proper body mechanics and safety measures must be used as prescribed by the residence.
