Job Description

1. Support the achievement of quality objectives according to internal and external customer expectations
2. Support implementation of continuous improvement activities and training measures
3. Participate in local quality related projects
4. Ensure Control plan fulfillment throughout area of responsibility for Plant Clinton.
5. Over-inspection of semi and/or assembly produced products according to control plans
6. Classify off-standard semi-products and take primary decision on usage thereof
7. Take the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant production personnel, stop the next process from using the off-standard material, blocking of semi-products and items produced with off-standard material)
8. Apply non-conformance procedure
9. Ensure plant compliance to IATF, legal, customer and internal requirements as required in his / her area of responsibility.
10. Participate in internal and external audits and support the corrective actions following the audits
11. Drive the SPC process in area of responsibility
12. Ensure LPA audits performed and within area of responsibility.
13. Completete over-inspection checklists and statistical control charts
14. Enter data into the electronic SPC data collection system where applicable
15. Take the necessary actions in case of negative trends (inform relevant production personnel and QM Engineers)
16. Input of quality related data into shop-floor systems
17. Daily report for QM Engineers
18. Support analysis of quality relevant processes in case of quality deviations, in cooperation with production and process
19. Support scrap reduction efforts & reduction in customer complaint.
20. Support activities in structured problem solving activity

Qualifications
This is an internal position only, external applicants will not be considered.
•1 years of Manufacturing service
•1 or more years of professional experience in various quality, Process or Production functions
•Comprehensive experience in rubber and plastic production manufacturing processes
•experience in working with international teams on quality topics.
•proficient in minimum languages, English is mandatory
