Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Account Executive at Continuity Care Home Nurses. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. This includes conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support and education to clients. The Account Executive will be based in Los Angeles, CA, with commute to other locations.

Willing to drive to other locations as needed including OC, IE, Ventura and travel in the state of CA, NV and other states as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with home health services, is preferred
• Knowledge of regulations and reimbursement processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
