Bloomingdale Health Center, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Human Resources/Payroll coordinator. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. At Bloomingdale Health Center we have a professional. knowledgeable and compassionate team that cares for our residents.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator:
- Responsible for HR/ Payroll Functions
- Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
- Pre-screening of all staff
- Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator:
- Prior Long-Term Care HR/payroll experience
- Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/phone skills
- HR/ Payroll/ Recruiting: 1 year preferred
