Contoro is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will oversee all things administrative and overall operations of the office. The Admin will provide support to employees and assist in daily office needs.

Job Responsibility

• Perform some financial tasks such as Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Monitoring AR/AP and budget tracking.
• Track and replace/restock office supplies, equipment/furniture as necessary
• Content Creation for marketing and social media
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
• Help coordinate, communicate and monitor supply chain operations
• Coordinate activities and events throughout the company
• Document Control
• Support CEO, direct manager and the team with other relevant duties

Qualification

• High School Diploma required; Bachelors preferred
• 2 or more years of experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or related role preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Korean bilingual a plus
