CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

Contour Windows is a fast-growing company looking for an energetic Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must have the following skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, excellent follow-up skills, extremely organized, able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, excellent listening skills, and a self-motivated critical thinker.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process window quotes/orders in a professional, friendly, consistent, and timely fashion to customers.
• Interact with customers to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collect and enter window orders/parts for warranty.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and customers.
• Assist with delivery status and expediting of orders with production and logistics.
• Analyze purchase orders for revisions and discrepancies.
• Respond to all requests from customers in a timely fashion.
• Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work with manager to ensure proper customers service is being delivered.
• Work as an inside liaison to the outside sales team regarding delivery and status of orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Data entry experience
• Ability to learn quickly
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
