Day to Day:
- Process customer lockbox cash receipts, ACH/wire deposits
- Prepare special A/R customer reports as needed
- Investigate cash application issues to solve internal and external problems
- Manage online billing portals
- Prepare daily cash report
- Identify areas/opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide back-up to other accounting department duties and/or projects
- Accounting/bookkeeping background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast and efficient data entry/keying
- PC literate with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Preferred Experience:
- 1 to 2 years in an A/R environment with high volume
- Familiar with AIA billing
- A team player with a great attitude!
