Job Summary:
Controlled Climate Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Service Tech to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and possess technical proficiency in HVAC systems. As a Service Tech, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of HVAC systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including filter changes, belt replacements, and lubrication of components
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and provide technical solutions to clients
• Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer instructions and local codes
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, installations, and repairs
• Educate clients on proper care and maintenance of their HVAC systems
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
• EPA certification
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and HVAC troubleshooting
• Experience working with various types of HVAC systems, including central air, heat pumps, and furnaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
