The Marketing Communications Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful execution of the company’s marketing, communications, and PR initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, boosting sales efforts, and gaining market share. This includes creating engaging content and coordinating campaign deployment, project tracking, event planning and execution and other broad marketing support. Additionally, this position will be responsible for effective internal communication to branch, sales, and operations teams regarding all marketing resources, projects, initiatives, and results. This role involves cross-collaboration with team members and other business units to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing results. This position will also assist in market research, Voice of the Customer (VOC) analysis, market trends assessment, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches and support the company’s strategic business objectives.

The pay range for this position is ($80,000-115,00); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
