About The RoleAs the Manager of Digital Delivery at Converge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all digital products and services meet and exceed business requirements and goals. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving the implementation and improvement of processes that guarantee accuracy and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Delivery, your contributions will be key to the success of our digital strategies.

- Process Development: Create, implement, and document robust processes to ensure digital deliverables align with business and strategic requirements.
- Campaign Review: Collaborate with Media Managers to regularly review campaign reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with digital product and service metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and work closely with Media Buying and Data & Analytics Teams to enhance processes.
- Product Ownership: Define, communicate, and oversee the implementation of products and services in line with the established business vision and strategy.
- Efficiency Maximization: Develop and support processes that enhance the efficiency of the Digital Delivery team.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve discrepancies with vendors and media teams, ensuring timely reconciliation.
- Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Performance Tracking: Diagnose and address media attribution and performance tracking issues.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure successful implementation of digital projects and proactively communicate any potential roadblocks to achieving performance goals.
- Experience: 3 years in marketing or media operations.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of digital media, marketing tactics, operational processes, and enabling technologies.
- Knowledge: Proficiency with digital marketing campaign analytics tools and UX/UI principles.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a high-performance environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
