Job Description: Paralegal - Contract Specialist
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in contract management, particularly within large organizations. While certification as a paralegal is not required, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience handling contracts in sourcing, legal, or related departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with sourcing, legal, and other departments to manage contract lifecycle.
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Maintain organized records of all contractual documents.
- Provide support and guidance on contract-related matters to various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within a large company.
- Strong understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
